How much are your delivery charges?  
Goods that are currently in stock will be delivered within 7 working days from confirmation of your order. Your delivery charge will be calculated on the total weight of the items in your basket, you can check this at any time by clicking the basket button.

How will my order be delivered?  
If your delivery address is within the Sussex Area, your order will be delivered by ourselves, otherwise your order will be sent via Royal Mail.

When will I receive my order?
 
We aim to dispatch your goods within 3 working days of receiving your order for items that are in stock. During busy periods this may take longer, however we will advise you via our order tracking system of extensive delays.

Can I track the progress of my order?  
Yes you can.
 
Once you have placed your order you can track it's progress through our system by logging into your account. To log into your account click on the 'my account' link at the top of any page on this website. You will also find a link on the email that is sent to you once you have placed an order.
 
Your log in information will comprise of the email address you supplied when placing your first order together with the password you chose.

All you need to do choose the store you wish to collect from when placing your order and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the collection of your order.
